'CoastalRibbonBay started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Turin. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-operated spot with recipes passed down for generations.

Margherita Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation while touring Italy, learning from seasoned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, the goal was to produce the quintessence of Italian pizza with authentic techniques and the finest ingredients.

Our journey started with a humble 12-seat pizza shop and has since become a cherished community fixture. Yet, we've stood firm in our commitment to excellence and authenticity. We employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and exclusively use premium ingredients.

Now under the stewardship of the family's second generation, 'CoastalRibbonBay' continues to be family-owned, with a team driven by passion. Despite adopting some contemporary advancements, our core—making scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people—remains unchanged.
